Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the downloadable PDF is unreadable or otherwise defective in some way.  Include the order number, the name of the product, and attach a screenshot of the error to your email message.

Once your message is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if the downloadable PDF is unreadable or otherwise defective in some way. If you’d like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us. Include the order number, the name of the product, and attach a screenshot of the error.

A new PDF will be sent within 3-5 business days after approval.
